The Foresight Audio Newsletter Volume 1

For 2011 (admittedly a month late) I am now publishing the award-winning Foresight Newsletter in podcast format. If you would prefer your monthly dose of the best thinking in IT strategy in an audio format, then here is your opportunity.

Here is the February 2011 edition:

Talking IT Management with Phil Simon

I recently spoke with author Phil Simon about what it take to transition corporate IT from a utility shop to a “Breakthrough” IT operation (catchy name, eh?) Along the way we talked about how to manage an enterprise IT organization and its projects, when to throw in the towel, and why IT and HR get no respect from the rest of the company.

You can enjoy the 20 minute podcast here: It is apparently also available via iTunes, but I am one of the 6 people left on the Earth that don’t use that software.

Stay Tuned, Podcast Series in the Works

With podcasting gaining traction and thousands of people yearning for quality IT content while sweating it out at the local gym or making their way into work, I’ve decided to launch a podcast series. Engaging yet bite-sized content will be coming soon from our state-of-the-art recording studio (aka, my office). Stay tuned!

Another Podcast

I spoke with IT Finance Connection yesterday about the relationship between IT and the rest of the corporation. You can listen to the podcast here.
